Rangers at least make it respectable, but no one's really worried that Pittsburgh will lose this series. Jagr was on fire last night! And this Franzen guy...holy crap. Oh, and Theodore is a sieve. But you already knew that, didn't you?

P-stone has overtaken Derek for the lead! I hate to break it t0 you, but this is a two-man race. Either Derek or P-stone will win this thing.

Montreal 1 - Philadelphia 3
Pittsburgh 3 - New York 1
Detroit 4 - Colorado 0
San Jose 1 - Dallas 3

Bride of Kovalev (making some mean leftovers): 63
Marleau (SJ)

Did anyone watch the Wings game last night? Geoff - Jose absolutely sucks now, be thankful the Habs dumped his ass. I keep saying that he will return to MVP form but he has yet to prove me right. Zetts 2nd goal last night was absolutely AMAZING!!! A back handed one timer while not facing the net, or looking at the puck for that matter, was absolutely SICK!!!! Nice pick up, Pat. Him and Malkin alone have catapulted you to first. Don't get too comfortable though, I'm still right there with you....(hopefully fatass Kostitsyn will actually show up tonight...). Geoff - as much as you hate him, are you willing yet to give the little bitch (or for the french canadian fans: la petite bitch) consideration as a big time playoff performer yet? He's done it again this series with his OT goal last game, as much as I cant stand him as well, I'd take him on my team. I think MTL will bring this series to 7 games but will unfortunately lose in 7 due to goaltending in which the decision to move a veteran goaltender like Huet will bite them in the ass.

Derek, I agree with everything you said. Theodore is just awful, and will never get back to where he was. I think Theodore's success was mostly because of Melanson's coaching.
I don't know if anyone knows, but he's going to be a UFA this summer. Maybe Montreal will sign him to keep Brisebois company. Joking aside, I think he will go to LA.

And yes, much as I hate to admit it, the Little Bitch sure is doing well these playoffs. And this in is his first year of a big contract, where players are normally a little less on the ball (see Markov, Andrei).

When Zetts scored that second goal, I lept out of my chair and started screaming like I was announcing an AND1 basketball game. "OHHHHH BABY! NO HE DIT-INT! OHHHHH BABY!"I honestly do feel bad for whoever goes out and nabs Jose in FA. It's never fun to watch an organization cripple themselves because a player "used" to be really good (I'm looking at you, John Grahame). As for this two horse race, I can only assume you're talking about the most exciting duel in the history of playoff hockey....The Bride of Kovalev vs. Kovalev Jr.! After I check to see how many points Zetts and Datsyuk have traded, I always zoom to the bottom and monitor the most intriguing subplot of this whole league!

Pat - I do the same thing! i quickly go right to the bottom to see if the Bride has overtaken the groom! I find it absolutely hilarious that Bride of Kovy is neck and neck with Kovy Jr. The best subplot.
